Hello! I'm Arbër. I make videos, posters, and other things. I've been doing some variety of these things at some capacity since I was a child (2011, to be exact). Some of my interests include animation, electronic music, wikis, and graphic design. If you wanna learn about the stuff that I like to make, please check out Portfolio.

Working with me
Unfortunately, I don't have a commission sheet since my prices vary from project to project, and depend on their scale and complexity. If you are serious about commissioning me, please know that most payment methods don't work in Kosovo. PayPal and Stripe don't operate here because they doesn't recognize us as a country. This is also why I don't have a Patreon, Ko-fi or any other crowdfunded membership profile. Be prepared to use a direct bank transfer and to cover applicable fees. If you're in the European Union, SEPA works too.
I will deny your commission inquiry on sight if it endorses the use of generative AI or cryptocurrency.
If after all of that, you still want to work with me, get in touch via email at costintea (at) gmail (dot) com for a quote.
About this website
This website is coded by hand by me, and hosted by Neocities.org! It's mostly CSS and HTML. It only uses Javascript to automatically update the copyright year below, as well as to let you copy my blinkie to your website at Outlinks. No AI has been used to create this website. Using it by itself doesn't collect any data other than how many visits have been made to the website, using Neocities' own API. However, when it is used in conjunction with Google or Bing Search, it may collect data about how this website appears and is discovered in search results. This also ensures that it is periodically crawled by bots like the Wayback Machine. The front page uses an embed from WidgetStar.
